Cancellation Policy
We like to keep all our guests satisfied with their appointment. Please choose carefully , if you are unable to attend this booking your deposit will remain as a credit on your file .To ensure this, we will send a confirmation 24 hours prior and 48 hours for Saturday bookings. We do understand unforeseen circumstances can arise however if you are unable to make your booking please call us on 94816464 to avoid a $100.00 cancelation fee. This fee applies to notice on the day of the appointment and no shows.

Styling Director
Our Technical stylists have completed all their training and have more than 4 years of experience, they continue to develop their skills through constant training and development, young at heart but have an enormous passion for hair. You will find our technical Stylist mainly in the colour room foiling away.
Master Colourist/Stylist
Our Master Colourist or Stylist has 10 years’ experience they love and breathe hairdressing and have a strong fashion for perfect hair every time. Extensively trained all aspects of hair and awarded for their talent. They have been part of an artistic team and have worked photo shoots on runways and fashion events
Artistic Director
Over 20 + years of experience, directed artistic shoots, fashion shows, and events. Hairdressing is what they live and breathe, and their talents rewarded many times with National Awards. Responsible for the training of staff and quality control of all clients in the salon.
